I am a stay at home mom. I am a license not required daycare. I do not smoke. My home is child safe. I accept subsidy. I have a daughter that is 2 years old. I take kids 2 years to 10 years old. I have a small fenced in backyard. I live near lots of playgrounds and parks. I have books and lots of toys and music. I do field trips to Jungle Jacs, the Leisure center, playgrounds, parks. I do crafts with the older kids. I know sign language. I have a double stroller. I charge $35 per day per child for kids not in school. $15 per day per child when they are in school. I do pick up and drop off for the following schools: Riverside Elementary and Maple Ridge Elementary. I am First Aid and CPR certified for infants and children. I have references available upon request. I am open until 6pm Mon to Thurs. If you have any questions please feel free to call me or email me. I do pt, ft and drop in. |

Rules, Regulations, and Fee Schedule for Nicole’s Playhouse
There is a $100 deposit required. If you give a minimum of 1 months notice of service termination, you will get the $100 deposit back. If not then you will not get the deposit back.
Your child's shots are all up to date
It is important that you ensure you are on time to drop off your child and pick them up each scheduled day. Parents that become consistently late for pick ups or drop offs will be charged late fees. A late fee is charged for
parents who are late picking up and dropping off
their child. The fee is 5
dollars per 15 minutes.
Children are to be dropped off no later than 9am and picked up no later than 6pm.
If your child cannot participate in the daily activities, they should not be sent. That being said, if your child had had a fever, they should not be sent until 24 hours after the fever has abated and all other symptoms of sickness have subsided. If your child becomes sick while here I will keep your child comfortable and you will be contacted immediately and you must make arrangements to have your child picked up as soon as possible.
If your child has any of the following
illnesses they are required to stay
home:
A fever of 100 F/38.3 C or higher
Diarrhea
Vomiting or nausea
Runny nose with yellow or green
discharge*
Rash*
Discharge from eyes or ears*
Head Lice- the lice needs to be
treated and your child must be free
of nits before they can return to
the centre.
Shortness of breath, wheezing or a
persistent cough*
Sore throat*
Headache and stiff neck*
Chicken pox, measles, mumps or any suspected communicable diseases
*Please see your doctor before
returning to the centre
If your child is sick or absent fees
are due as usual.
If you no longer require my
services 30 days notice is
required from the first of the
month.
The Daycare will be closed on the
following Statutory Holidays:

Canada Day *
BC Day * Labour Day* Thanksgiving *
Remembrance Day * Christmas Eve *
Christmas Day * Boxing Day
Part time care is a minimum of 3 days per week. Payment is either daily upon drop off or prepaid weekly at the beginning of the each week
Parents are required to provide food, drinks, diapers and change of clothes for their child(ren).
The fee is $35 per day per child that is not in school. $15 per day per child when that child is in school. There will be no reduction in fees for part days or early pick up.
Commitment of at least 3 months is required.
If your child is scheduled for that specific day and does not show up you will be charged for that day. |
