Hi there Moms and Dads:)
I am a Registered Early Child hood Educator.
First Aid/CPR level C qualified and a Valid criminal record check.
14+ years working with infants, toddlers, preschoolers and school age children.
I have 3 children of my own ages 14,13 and 3. They have been the inspiration for me to dedicate my life to teaching children and working closely with families.
I currently have 2 openings for 18 months and up (1 full time and 1 partime)
I provide a safe, Secure, nurturing and educational play environment located in the basement of my home.
I try to maintain a clean, sanitized and organized eating environment with seperate dishes, utensils and fridge for childcare use located on the main floor.
I will provide your little one with breakfast, lunch and 2 nutritious snacks daily. All alleries and special diets considered.
Your child is Provided with their own cot, blanket, pillow and stuffy. for Nap/quiet time (2 hours).
I base learning on nature and play to learn program plans with weekly and monthly themes/topics. We have weekly colour, letter, word/name focus. We also do daily circle and reading time.
Developmentally safe and age appropriate toys and activities are provided.
Daily outdoor (2 hours or more/day) activities include swing playhouse with spiral slide, wet and dry sensory tables, sand box, bikes and ride on toys, outdoor musicals art space, ball pit with slide, small kiddie pool, sprinkler, outdoor aquarium, tent and basketball and baseball toys)
We also enjoy walks and wagon rides to the near by park, forest area for nature discovery and library. (weather permitting of course!)
We are a pet friendly home (woof woof!!!)
