Children are all angels. Mostly I use reggio emilia approach. I plan activities and lessons based on their interests, ask open-ended questions to further understanding, actively engage in the activities alongside the children, and encourage them to discover the world in their own way. Besides, I love some theories from montessori such as "practical life". I will implant into children's daily life, too. Besides, I will teach Chinese every afternoon as second language.
