As a provider with over 5 years experience, I love my job and take great pride in nurturing the children in my care. Sadly my family is relocating and I have to say good-bye to my current clients. That being said I am excited to start a new life in Barrie and meet a whole new batch of wee faces. Starting over is hard but exciting.
My home daycare is a combination of free play and structured play with an emphasis on the outdoors, reading, music and crafts. Music time is a mixture of my guitar playing and the children as they accompany me using their favourite instrument. Story time is loud and dynamic, as I love to turn on the drama with multiple voices and big facial expressions to make the story come alive. Craft can be as simple as using the easel or can be more involved like making a snow globe in winter. Activities are often simple and fun like a sensory table filled with colourful bubbles or different coloured rice to dig in. Just know that each and every day your little one will have multiple fun activities to fill their day.
Admission conditions
We are a pet friendly family with dogs and cats. My animals are all loveable and up to date on their shots.
