My name is Shea. I'm 28 years old and just moved to Bowmanville L1C in December 2015. I'm looking to do Before and After School Childcare for school aged children.I have lots of experience with children of all ages, from working at various hockey schools, coaching hockey, multiple day camps, being a nanny for a family of 4 boys for 4 years and most recently doing before and after school care for a family in Oshawa. Along with my experience, I have all my updated vaccines, my standard first aid and CPR, level C certified, AED training and High Five Principles training. I have my criminal record check available, as well as references from former employers.
I believe with my experience and qualifications, I'm ready to start the journey of Before and After School care out of my own home!
I would like to take on 3 or 4 school aged children that attend the schools in my area. Being that I will only be taking on 3 or 4 children, my before and after school care will be unlicensed. The schools in my area include but are not limited to:
- Charles Bowman Public School
-St. Elizabeth
-Knox Christian School
-Harold Longworth Public School
My hours would be:
6am - school start time
school end time- 630 pm
I'm willing to be flexible with my hours depending on the situation or the care you require! I will be available for P.A Days, March Break and summer time.
Children will receive a healthy breakfast in the morning before school and will get a snack after school.
