This is a traditional values day care. I treat The children with love and respect as a role model for them and how they should treat others. The GOLDEN RULE rules. When they exhibit some less than stellar behaviour I will ask them "Would you want someone to do that to you?" they always respond no and nothing else needs to be said, they get it. That doesn't mean things won't continue to happen, they will, they're kids after all, but it builds a foundation for the future, getting kids to slow down and think about consequences will serve them well all their lives.
