Inquiring Minds home daycare is located on Pebble Trail Way, in the Woodstream community, in Greely.
I have a Bachelor of Education degree and have been teaching for the past 10 years with children in grades k-3. I am currently completing an online course focusing on creating a nurturing culture of inquiry with the Reggio Emilia Approach.
Our home daycare is committed to providing quality childcare services in safe, healthy, developmentally appropriate, and nurturing surroundings. The focus is to provide stimulating early care and educational experiences based upon the following principles:
-Children must have some control over the direction of their learning;
-Children must be able to learn through experiences of touching, moving, listening, and observing;
-Children have a relationship with other children and with material items in the world that children must be allowed to explore;
-Children must have endless ways and opportunities to express themselves.
Our home daycare is committed to ensuring that each day allows for both planned and spontaneous experiences that result in a positive learning adventure for our children.
We are a smoke-free home. We have a large backyard area, for outdoor play and exploration, and we are located near a beautiful community park.
Admission conditions
We are not a peanut-free home. We have a friendly cat, who is declawed in the front, and he loves to cuddle and receive affection.
