I am a mom of one who currently has full/part time, before and after school care openings in a safe, loving dayhome. I have completed the St. John's Ambulance First Aid in Childcare course. I have current criminal record checks.
I provide nutritious snacks and lunch (breakfast if needed). I have a large, bright sunny playroom with a variety of toys for all ages to play. We play outside in the fenced backyard and go to the park. We do crafts, read books, play games, sing and dance! I believe in learning through play, games and interaction. Christmas, Easter, Valentine's Day and Halloween will be celebrated in my dayhome.
I decided to open my dayhome to watch my own child grow and mature with the social interaction of other children of all ages. I fully appreciate how difficult and stressful it can be to find the right dayhome since I have been in that situation myself. My goal is to provide all of the children in my care with a safe, clean, loving and home-like environment where they can learn and play. My dayhome has been in operation for four years.
