My name is Becky. I began my career in the child care field about 20 years ago. I’m a registered Early Childhood Educator and have worked with children from infant to school age. My most recent work experience was working for 10 years in a child care centre with infants from 6 weeks to 18 months. Currently I have been home with my own little ones and have occasionally provided home child care over the past few years.
I am infant and child CPR and first aid certified and can provide child care references from previous families I’ve cared for. I am looking to provide full or part time child care in my home. I am fully vaccinated with my booster for COVID-19.
I offer a loving, nurturing, family environment with separate rooms for sleep time. We have weekly creative art experiences and songs/story time.
We enjoy visits to the playgrounds which are within walking distance. As well as the Early ON Centres and McDonalds play place. (pre-covid) I also have a large fenced in yard which we spend a lot of time for outdoor free play and planned activities.
I am located close to Thickson and the 401 in Whitby. We are in the area of Bellwood public school. Scheduled days and time can be flexible.

Due to Covid-19: Following the protocol of the Ministry of Education and health.
A sickness policy must be adhered too upon admission.
- fever free 24/48 hours
-Diarrhea/vomiting free 24/48 hours
-discharge from eyes free 24/48 hours
-discharge from nose 24/48 hours
*Must be on antibiotic for at least 24 hours with none or lessening symptoms before re admittance
*unexplained rash
*General feeling of being unwell, lethargic, unable to participate etc
Negative COVID test to return to care.
