PAYMENT PROCEDURES:
Your specific rates will be outlined in your Contract and Rate Agreement. Weekly payment is required every Friday via e-transfer.
There are a limit of spaces, and a space has been reserved for your child that cannot be filled on a short-term basis. Therefore, weekly payments are not based on child’s attendance. No refunds are given for late arrivals/early departures, or exclusion due to illness.
Home Child Care will be closed for all statutory & civic holidays
PROVIDER VACATION
Each year my Home Child care will be closed for Christmas Holidays. These holidays will be the week of Christmas. I am closed for 1 week in the summer for Summer Holidays with my family.
ENROLLMENT POLICY
There are forms that have to be completed and in my possession before I can assume the responsibility of caring for your child;

CMA law is being practiced so no more that 3 children under 2 years will be in care on any day and no more than 5 children up to the age of 13 years will be in care on an given day.

Admission conditions
I like to tell parents if any child has allergy’s I take it seriously.
Experience with my own Child having food allergies and I will make sure that your child does not have any allergic reactions in my care.
I have three pick up times;
2pm - 3pm $250 per week
3pm - 4pm $275 per week
4pm - 5pm $300 per week
