I am a mother of two 10 years and 11 years old. Certified PSW, also worked in a group home for children for 4.5 years. My other partner Adrienne has 9.5 years experience in childcare, ending in 2000, then did home-care for the elderly. Our hours are Monday to Friday 7am to 5:00pm. Our days consist of singing, stories, playing, outings, crafts, and many other fun things. Our plan is to help each child learn there ABC’s, 123’s, shapes and colors so that they are prepared for JK. Encouraging learning through different means of activities and programs, targeted to your child’s specific needs. Each child learns differently, whether they are a visual, verbal, logical, musical, or physical, our daily activities satisfy each area. We will go on nature walks, parks, picnics, libraries and lots more exciting places. Every month we will have different themes, for example PJ Day, Animal Day, Educational Movie Day, and special theme days for an upcoming holiday. We provide nutritious snacks and lunches. Even though some of our days will be busy it will be done in a fun loving and relaxed environment. |
