As a manager and at the same time the owner, I am committed to serve every family who always wants the best for their children and it includes the safety and the well being of every child under my care.My 7 years teaching experience as an elementary school teacher in our country(Philippines) and my training as an Early Childcare Educator for 1 year at MTI college here in Canada helps a lot iin creating a safe, warm, loving environment for children. I will see to it that they will learn and grow physically, emotionally, creatively, intellectually, and socially at their own pace. I will help the children in increasing their confidence, and self- esteem by treating them as unique individuals, and allowing them to express themselves in a variety of ways.
