We are looking to share our current nanny with another family. Our daughter is 2 years old and we have been sharing successfully with another family on our street. They no longer need the nanny's services. We'd ideally like to keep the status quo and share with a family who has children of the same age. We love our nanny and it is a great way to share costs while not sacrificing the one on one care. We are open to discussion to find out what makes the most sense for both families.
