Kanaka Creek Childcare is a licensed childcare facility. We believe in quality childcare that will promote healthy growth and development. Our teachers are ECE and First Aid & CPR qualified. Our program focuses on each child’s needs and provides the curriculum to promote children’s social, emotional, physical and cognitive development. Circle time is twice daily, and children typically enjoy singing song, felt-board or book stories and show & tell. Dance and music is also done to provide opportunity to enhance gross motor skills. Healthy snacks are important for children, so we provide nutritious snacks in the morning and afternoon as per recommended in Canada’s food guide (such as vegetables, fruit, cheese & crackers, jam on bread etc.) Contact us to enquire about programs that would best meet the needs of your family.
