Description
Stay at home mom of two, looking to provide private full time care , on an ongoing basis, for working parents. I live in the west end of the city. Five minute drive to Algonquin College and Baseline station best suited for parents that are either attending school or who utilize the park and ride. Five minute walk to St. Gregory's elementary school located on Meadowlands Drive and 10 minute walk from Meadowlands Public school just off Perry Street.
I'm currently looking to run an at home daycare. I have plenty of experience raising my own and extremely interactive with children which I very much enjoy. I have a background in the arts which I've incorporated an educational base to and I also, from time to time look after my nephew who's 2 as well as friends children, and would be happy to provide references. I'm looking to take on two kids for now as soon as May 1st (earlier if need be). Before and after care is something I'm also considering but would discuss later in future for any parents that are in need.
I know from my own experience that the cost of care is getting disproportionately higher then what most parents can afford these days at a rate of $55/day/child. That's highway robbery if you ask me! I'm offering $35/day/child. I'm a very responsible individual who stands by structure and routine as I believe that's a crucial component when raising little ones. Love being outdoors and exploring as well as games, fun, and play when indoors.

Admission conditions
Children can live within the neighbourhood as long as that's convenient for you. I'm open to children living outside or surrounding neighbourhoods, that's up to your discretion. Parents are responsible for drop offs and pick ups. For young children that may be in diapers, still drink formula or breast fed, all nutritional and sanitation items would need to be provided by parent. Any food or animal allergy would need to be discussed as I do own one cat. I am open to before and after care for the nearby schools that's both St. Gregory's or Meadowlands Public School. Rate is negotiable.
