Welcome to Les Petits Bio home daycare!
Les Petits Bio offers a bright, natural, child centered play space located on the main floor of my home. I am a certified early childhood educator, with a specialization in infant/toddler development and have 20 years experience.
My philosophy in regards to early childhood education is based on respect, time, attention, trust and love. I believe in fostering an emotional attachment where both child and parent(s) feel a sense of trust, security and support.
Embracing each child as a unique individual is the inspiration for my educational program. I work with each child's strengths and interests to encourage exploration, discovery, manipulation, imagination and experimentation in a fun, nurturing, open-ended environment.
In addition, a healthy lifestyle is emphasized with a varied and seasonal organic menu, free of processed foods and genetically modified ingredients. Daily outdoor and large motor activities are scheduled morning and afternoon.
