Hello! I am a mother of 2 school aged children (ages 10 and 12) living in an east york neighbourhood. My post-secondary education is in theatre arts and I have 6 years experience providing one-to-one "Waldorf-inspired" child care in my home (a house).
-babywearing/cloth-diaper friendly
-freshly prepared meals and snacks
-can support various diets such as food intolerance, vegetarian, but cannot guarantee an allergen free environment
-no television or screens
-emphasis on outdoor/nature exploration play and age/developmental approptiate outings and adventures
-weekly schedule includes visits to Ontario Science Centre, Riverdale Farm, library, local playgrounds and parks
-seasonally appropriate outings such as pumpkin patch, fruit picking, maple syrup festival (we also tap our own maple trees in my backyard and pick from my apple tree)
-smoke free home
-6 years experience
*NOTE-My rate is $14. per hour
-all extra costs for transportation and admissions/tockets/memberships for weekly outings such as Ontario Science Centre will be at my own cost
