Funky Monkeys Daycare is a home daycare located on Mount Forest Drive in Burlington.
I am an energetic mom of three wonderful and active boys - 14 yrs, 6 yrs and 2 yrs. My two eldest boys attend Ecole Saint-Philippe on Fra3cis Road in Burlington Full-time.
I have two FULL-time or PART-time spots available. I specialize in part-time care and can accomodate most schedules.
If you're looking for a 'Home Away From Home' environment for your child/ren then Funky Monkeys Daycare is what you're looking for! I provide an easy going yet structured day for children to strive in. Children will learn, grow and play in my main floor playroom dedicated to babies and young children. Our schedule is flexible to include outdoor play, free play, story time, arts & crafts and quiet time. Creativity is encouraged. We go for two daily outtings. Mornings we go to parks, Ontario Early Years drop-ins and the local Toy Library. Afternoons are spent playing and exploring in my super XL fenced-in backyard. I also provide breakfast, lunch and two snacks. Meals and snacks are healthy and age appropriate. During the school year I run an educational curriculum which is age appropriate for young children. We learn our ABCs, numbers, colours, feelings and manners etc.
Over-time and over-night is available and dinner will be provided.
Children under 2 years receive a Communication Book that has details about their day away from home.
My home is smoke and pet free. Current Police Clearance available.
