I Decided to run my own day home because the cost of childcare is outrageous! I’ve been up and running for over three years now!
I am looking to help someone with childcare at reduced cost, prices completely negotiable. Part time/full time. No need to pay for days I don't provide care!
We live in a 3 bedroom townhouse with a fenced in yard. Living room and basement play areas. Main intersection is Bloor and Dixie.
I do different activities with the children everyday, we have done trips to our local early years centre, feeding the ducks, visiting the library, splash pad, nature walks and I’m always open to suggestions. Days that we do trips outside of my home are only when I have a small number of children or someone with me to help. We often utilize the outdoor space we have a kiddy pool, water table, sandbox and two slides in the front yard. I also send home handmade gifts/crafts for almost every holiday/occasion. Obviously with Covid these activities will Obote by public safety guidelines.
When spending time indoors we like to do structured activities, games, story time, sing-a-longs, dance party’s and free play. The children receive structure and routine throughout their day.
Lunch and afternoon snack is provided, always healthy hearty meals with fresh fruit and vegetables.
The only language spoken in our home is English.
Pet friendly home with a small cat and Two dogs that love and adore the kids. Both the dogs are crate trained and is always in the crate or well supervised during daycare hours. We also have a fish tank for learning fun!
Will help with potty training if needed successfully potty trained my son and three other children.
