My name is Christine Da Ponte. I am a loving mother of a 15 year old step son and a 1 year old daughter. I have been working in the childcare industry for over 15 years. I am first aid and CPR certified and have a current police records check. Working and being around children is the only “job” I have ever wanted. Seeing the smiles on their face every day brings me so much joy and satisfaction.
I previously worked at Parkview Children’s Centre in Oakville before leaving for maternity leave with my daughter. After a long search for the perfect daycare I had no luck finding my desired location so I decided that I would create the vision myself. Having your child in a place that makes you feel comfortable knowing they’re being loved, cared for and having fun while learning will give you peace of mind while being away from your child.
I live near George Kennedy Public School on a quiet crescent with two parks within walking distance which will be a part of my daily routine.
I provide the loving environment with fun activities and adventures that every parent wants their child to be a part of. The daily routine involves daily circles, crafts, sensory exploration, walks, hikes and being outside in the fresh air visiting the park . I provide healthy snacks and lunch daily following the Canadian food guide.

Admission conditions
I have 2 very friendly dogs (pug and pug x chihuahua) NOT hypoallergenic dogs.
Also I can not accept children with peanut/nut allergies. I am NOT a nut free daycare and do not want to risk the health of a child in my care.
