I provide a program devoted to the physical, emotional and social development of pre-school aged children through the creation of diverse experiences.
I provide a warm, nurturing atmosphere, while encouraging independence and curiosity.
Children's snacks and meals are chosen with a focus on promoting healthy brain, body and social development. Fruits and vegetables being the bulk of their diet. *Allergies are taken very seriously. *Preferences are respected.
Healthy play includes activities for all children (regardless of gender)
-crafts: using paper, scissors, glue, paint etc.
-play doh: which we make together
-instruments
-dress up and doll play (learning nurture and empathy for others)
-outdoor activities daily (rain or shine) with weekly excursions
-reading: covering many themes including the books entitled, "A family, is a family, is a family" and, "Tango makes Three".
Qualifications Include:
* Over twenty years experience with children (my own and others)
* pursuing BA psychology at Brock University
* completed Continuing Medical Education courses through Harvard Medical School in, 'Lifestyle Medicine' and 'Child Psychotherapy'
* criminal record check
*CPR and First Aid certified
Daily cost is $50 based on a 6 to 9 hour day. (At max, this calculates to approximately $5.55 per hour. Additionally I am covering the cost of food. Anyone requiring services longer than 9 hours will be asked to maintain $5.55 per hour beyond the 9 hour mark.)

Admission conditions
Currently entertaining two part-time positions and one full-time position. All one year olds. This age group (should all positions be accepted), will shortly be closed. Two spots will remain for children between two and four years of age.
Always ensure that your child receives quality care by taking the time to investigate the provider and by asking for references! We simply cannot verify the claims of every daycare provider.
Updates
We expect providers to keep their listing and available openings up-to-date. However, to prevent oversights, openings expire after 45 days.
