I started caring for young children when I had my first child.
I wanted my kids to grow in an environment where they could play all day while learning life's fundamental lessons in a positive environment and influence, sharing, respecting others and every living things, learn to be considerate and develop their gifted skills at a very young age. So I decided to take little friends and started a group of 5.
We have a welll scheduled day, lots of outdoor/indoor activities( gardening, explore the nature, cooking, lots of arts and crafts). During playtime and meals we discover the vocabulary associate to what we are having/doing. It's like a little school than a daycare. I've found that if I used the word little school to my little ones they all feel grown up and responsible.
All the kids coming to me speak mostly English. I teach them French and get them ready for school. I normaly don't talk much about my home daycare as the other parents do a better job at it. Lots of references avaible upon request.
If you visited or if you're using a childcare provider found on DaycareBear, do not hesitate to leave a review. This will most certainly help other parents!
