I started my daycare 17 years ago in Chilliwack BC. I have 2 daughters one is 18 and the other is 10. At this time I have one 7 year old girl and am looking for more children. I have a large variety of toys suitable for all age groups I also have play ground equipment that is suitable for both boys and girls. Parents are welcome to visit anytime unannounced of course. I inform parents where the parks are and bus stops are located in case they arrive early and are looking for their children. I have several references from the families I worked for in Edmonton. I am extremely flexible on drop off and pick up times. We have a cat named Tara who just loves kids. I try to follow as close to the child’s home routine as I can. The children and I will have fun activities such as play dough, painting, educational activities, drawing and colouring. I serve a variety of healthy meals and snacks. I try and make foods that the children will enjoy that are also healthy choices. I have worked with children with Down syndrome, turrets and Attention Deficit Disorder.
