I am offering Full-Time child care in my family home. Currently I have two openings available for full time care. I can fill part time spots as long as they are 2 or more days a week.
I have a large house with lots of toys and games, play-space, a park nearby and the beach. Outings to nearby parks and activities will be almost daily and occasionally we will go on outings to Stay and Play, the swimming pool, science world and the aquarium.
The home is on a quiet street and neighborhood in Ocean Park with no busy roads nearby.
I am an experienced Child and Youth Support worker with children and youth with Developmental Disabilities, Autism and Brain Injury.
Training and Certification:
*First Aid/Emergency Certification/CPR Level C certified
*Medication Administration training
* MANDT Training and Certification (Crisis Intervention and Non Violent Intervention training)
*Behavior Management
* Life Skills training and Counseling.
*Food Safe
*4000+ hours of Child and Youth care experience
*FASD training
*Cultural Sensitivity and Competency training
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Criminology from the University of the Fraser Valley. Minors in Psychology, Social Work and Aboriginal studies.

Admission conditions
In order for me to hold a spot in advance a deposit of 2 weeks care will be required at time of registration and Daycare payments will need to be paid in advance of care by the 1st of each month. I know that this seems like it should be common sense, but it is not for many and i have been burned a few times so I am just putting it out there in advance. Thank you.
Pet Friendly home (Very Friendly Golden Retriever) please let me know if your child has allergy. The Dog will be separate from the daycare.
