My name is Rachel Hooper. I am a mother of 3 girls ages 3,5, and 7. I opened my home daycare after my third girl was born and maternity leave was over in 2016. I am a Registered ECE, a Certified Ontario Teacher, and I am qualified in First Aid and CPR. I have been working with children for over 20 years in various settings including daycare centres, school-age programs, summer camps, and lifeguarding and instructing.
As a caregiver, my goal is to provide a happy and safe environment, where children can learn and grow physically, intellectually, emotionally, and socially at their own pace. I take great pride in providing a safe, healthy, and loving home for your child to come to each and every day.
My program offers 2 snacks and a meal each day, a programmed activity such as art, baking, fine and gross motor activities followed by outdoor play in our large, fenced backyard.
I offer a Before and After School program which includes breakfast and a afternoon snack. I have buses available to Winchester Public School, Nationview Public School, and Ecole elementaire catholique Sainte-Therese-d'Avila in Marionville, Russell.
My daycare follows the school year. Care is not available during Christmas break, March Break, and Summer break. |
