Melissa’s Home Day Care focuses on children 2 years and up. We promote a clean, friendly and homely environment for our little children. Our clients work along with toddlers to improve their language and motor skills and also help to build strong interpersonal and social relationships. we provide a pet-free, non-smoking environment, fully fenced backyard and includes food also. We make sure that children go through different physical, social activities every day and if weather permits, children will be engaged in outdoor activities also. A brief introduction about me, I am the mother of two children, 3.5-year-old daughter and a five-month-old son. I have been running a home daycare for last four years and have been working with toddlers of 2- 4 years of age mostly. My daycare offers full time and part time care for children. I have a bachelors degree in medicine and surgery. I have also obtained a postgraduate certificate in the community and social service management. from Conestoga college. I have experience working as a doctor with children of different ages in hospitals and have experience working among deaf and blind people in Canada. I am also first aid and CPR certified. I have also trained in Non-violent crisis intervention, police and criminal check completed. The daycare is open on working days from 7:00am-5: 00 pm.
