Located in the beautiful family community of Auburn Bay, surrounded by parks and nature is Cowtown Kids Care.
A small, “at home feel” day home facility that focuses on learning through play, allowing children to learn and make sense of the world around them.
Through play, children can develop social and cognitive skills, mature emotionally and gain the self-confidence required to engage in new experiences and environments.
Day Schedule
Our days are semi structured with a mix of educational activities, quiet time, self-directed and group play.
A day with Cowtown Kids looks something like this:
7:00-8:00am: Arrival + Self-directed play
7:30: Breakfast
8:15: Circle Time
8:45: Activity/Craft time
9:45: Snack/Washroom break
10:15: Free Play
11:30: Lunch Prep
11:45: Lunch
12:15: Lunch cleanup
12:30: Story time
1:00:Nap/Quiet time
2:30: Activity time
3:30: Snack
3:45: Learning Session
4:45-5:30pm: Play until departure
Holidays & vacation
Cowtown Kids will be closed on statutory holidays. These days are: New years day, Christmas day, Boxing day, Easter Monday, Victoria Day, Canada day, Labour day and Thanksgiving Day.
*These days will be included in your monthly fees*
Families are free of charge for their annual vacation (2 weeks) when the child does not attend the day home. Any extra vacation days will be charged in accordance with the parent’s regular monthly fee to hold the spot for their child.
*I will take 2 weeks vacation a year, during this time families will not be charged if alternate care is required*
Child absent days will be charged in full and may not be transferred to other days.
Nutrition
Lunch, and 2 snacks will be provided to your child, a mix of healthy and comfort foods.

Full-time: $800.00 *16+ days a month
Part-time: $55.00/Day *Up to 15 days a month
Before & After School Care: $30.00/Day
*Infant care, 0-19 months is an extra $100.00/month*
