My name is Maria and I have over 25 years of experience around children. I have been running my daycare for over 3 years and as a mother of two, ages 6 and 7, I understand the importance of good quality day care. I live in Pickering off of Altona between Finch and Sheppard, within walking distance of Westcreek public school. I am certified in CPR. I comply with the Childcare and Early Years Act. Criminal background check and references provided.
Starting August I will have full-time spots available. I work Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM with flexibility upon request. I will provide two nutritious meals with snacks throughout the day. I have a safe play space with lots of fun and educational toys for the children to enjoy. I have a spare room for nap time and my home is entirely child-proofed. My home is smoke, pet and peanut/tree nut free. I will cater to any other nutritional allergies and have Epi Pens at hand.
The daily activities will include singing, dancing, arts and crafts, and trips to the nearby park. There will also be lots of play time outside in the fully-fenced backyard, weather permitted. I will plan the days accordingly and keep them as close to their home schedule as possible.
