I endeavour to teach through play and hands on activities. Music is an ever-present backdrop to our day and respect for one another as well as the world around us is emphasized. I strive to create an environment where the children feel safe, comfortable, and loved. A home-away-from-home.
During the warmer months, we go on nature walks through the neighbourhood as well as visit area playgrounds for variety. The children get hands-on experience working in their own personal garden to gain an understanding of how things grow.
Free and organized playtime will involve a variety of activities such as crafts, games, reading, colouring, playdough and the many toys available.
