My name is Micheline and I run a home daycare. I am very passionate about children and early education. I currently have 1 full-time spot available for a child over 2.
I believe that children learn best while playing so we incorporate free play and structured educational play into our program.
I also work with the children to develop early literacy and writing skills by providing a fun learning environment using video, books, song, cue cards and workbooks to do so.
I also believe in teaching the children to develop their independence and confidence by encouraging them to become self-sufficient by clearing their own plates after snack and lunch. Putting on their own shoes and jackets on etc.
