Kathy's Day Care has a spot available in September. I have been a partner in parenting since I left my full-time government position after our second child was born, over two decades ago and have never looked back. We make learning fun through circle (songs for speech development, stories for vocabulary and theme introduction, game play); arts and crafts; and, exploration of our great city (from parks to museums to zoos, etc). That's just to name a few activities in our repertoire. We have dedicated quiet time in the afternoon but are totally flexible to accommodate young ones' sleep needs. Kids are provided with 4 meals including breakfast as many wake too early to be hungry and frankly, that's one less thing to worry about when mornings are already hectic. You can check in on our dedicated Facebook page to see what the kiddos have been up to and be a part of their day. But we're more than just a day care: we're family. So much more to say. Please contact me for further information.

Must love pets. As a zoologist at heart, I find that there is a special confidence in people who respect nature, among other things. Our menagerie includes a couple of dogs, a cat, a hamster and a bunch of exotic animals, all thanks to the understanding that we gained through visits to Little Ray's Reptile Zoo. I firmly believe that the more you know, the less you fear and that knowledge is power. I travel using my Toyota Sienna with certified car seats.
