ATTEN TEACHERS:
I have ONE full time SHORT TERM OPENING for Jul 8, 2015 to March 2016 (covering a Mat Leave)
If you have a child 12 months of age, up to 3 yrs of age (before they start school) as we focus on school preparedness. We have a Pet FREE and SMOKE FREE Home.
I am an enthusiatic stay at home mom of two - both in school (aged 10 and 12 yrs), with a degree in Psychology, that is proud to be able to open our family home to provide quality child care. I consider it a privilege to work with your children. I am a member of the Child Care Providers Resource Network (CCPRN) and attend many workshops for day care providers. I have adopted some of the Fun Shine Express Early Learning Curriculum.
I am located in the Emerald Meadows area of Kanata. I am in within walking distance to several parks. I try to have one adventure to the Valleyview Animal Farm in June (depends on the age of children in care) I can offer current First Aid & CPR Certificate as well as a Police Record Check. I will provide nutritious meals and snack, regular naps or quiet time. I am able to offer age appropriate toys and games as well as many arts and crafts, creative play & music
Weather permitting we will be outside on a daily basis to explore and play.
My hours reflect assisting teachers in the area. I am near
3 English schools (2 Public and 1 Catholic). It has come to my attention that the teachers have a hard time finding care based on their summer holiday. I have a solution for you that will be pleasing to both you and I. Receipts Given !
