Hello everyone, this is Kas here. I'm a licenced ECE educator. I also have a BSN nursing background. I'm currently having a daycare available for children 3-5 age group. I'm on the process of getting my license from Vancouver coastal health. Also, I'm available to take before school and after school children Exclusively from Lord Selkirk Elementary. I have over 5 years of experience working with children.
Our program's philosophy is open ended play(indoor and outdoor) and child directed activities inspired by Reggio Emilia philosophy.
Our program curriculum include:
-Open play
-daily outdoor activity
-library visits
-planned activities according to child's interest
-activities promote learning STEAM subjects(science,technology, engineering, art, math)
-positive guidance
Cost:
after school care only: 500$/month( includes pick up from Lord Selkirk)
before school only: 300$/month( includes dropping off at Lord Selkirk)
before school and afterschool: 650$/month
day care: 10$ /an hour. I'm very flexible with hours between (7am-6pm)
