I have over 20 years experience of working with children. I have three of my own children now all attending a local elementary school.
We moved from the UK in August 2019. In the UK I was an Ofsted register childminder. Which means I passed a 5 hour interview about my ability to support the health welfare and development of children aged 0-5. I have full paediatric first aid and food hygiene certificates as well as a level three accreditation in Homebased childcare. I also have UK criminal records checks (and Halton District Police check is in progress)
Prior to being a childminder in the UK I was a paediatrician for 10 years working in the NHS, giving me a wealth of experience in child development as well as health. This has helped me to support children in individualised ways in order for them to maximise their potential.
More than anything I love to get to know you and your children and work together to help them grow and develop by building a unique childcare and development plan around their skills and interests.
Admission conditions
I will only care for children who will benefit from being in my care. This has to be a two way decision with yourselves as their parents and myself as their potential carer.
I always need to meet yourselves and your little one several times before arranging contacts to be exchanged.
Always ensure that your child receives quality care by taking the time to investigate the provider and by asking for references! We simply cannot verify the claims of every daycare provider.
Updates
We expect providers to keep their listing and available openings up-to-date. However, to prevent oversights, openings expire after 45 days.
