My name is Julia and I have been a stay at home mom for the last 16 years to my 2 now teenage daughters. My fenced in back yard is at the forest's edge and the playground is next door. I live in a quiet, very kid friendly neighbourhood on a cul-de-sac. It is a pet and smoke free home, with the main floor playroom looking out past the backyard into the forest.
I have my police background check, and First Aid and CPR certification. I am passionate about children learning, I feel invigorated when outdoors and exploring even if it is just in our own garden. I enjoy sports and being active. I love watching children becoming immersed in a good story. I believe in being kind to one another and I am fortunate to have neighbours, friends and family who are always helping each other.
Lunch and snacks are provided, daily outdoor time (except in extreme weather conditions), mental and physical activities, music and stories with quiet and nap time.
