I have a Psychology degree with a minor in Child and Family Studies, am experienced in preemie development as well as hearing impairment and have worked extensively with children in the community through Marianne's Place, Scouts Canada and Kortright Hills Public School.
I hold a police check and up-to-date CPR/First Aid certification.
My private home daycare has been in operation since 2006. I am located in the south end of Guelph on Teal Drive. My preschool program prepares them for Junior Kindergarten educationally, socially and with dressing skills.
In my smoke free home I provide nutritious meals and snacks, monthly newsletters and calendars of events which include age appropriate crafts & learning, baking, games, play time, dance, music, puzzles, nature walks, outdoor trips (by foot or vehicle) to parks, museums & libraries, and outings with other daycares. I celebrate birthdays and photos are taken for parents throughout the year.
