Tricia's Tiny Toes LNR Home Childcare
September or October 2021 openings now available. Reserve your child’s spot and secure your reliable childcare. Meet and greet interviews, childcare contact and forms needing to be completed and signed before your spot can be secured.
Current openings are for 2 full-time or 2 part-time spots. I will only have and take care of 2 children on top of my own 4 children. Acceptable ages are 12 months and up. I do not offer drop off or pick ups, childcare in my home only. I do not offer subsidy. Open days and times are Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m. until 5 p.m. Alternate times could be negotiable for the right fit. Days closed are Saturday, Sunday, STATs and 4 weeks of vacation per year. Location is at my home in Fraser Heights area of Surrey. It is a residential neighbourhood. Crossroads are 112A and 154A.
My daily rate that I charge is $30 per child a day. Sibling rate is $50 per two children a day. The reason I offer such a low rate is because I know what it is like spending your entire hard earn paycheck on childcare and I do not want you to have to do that. Receipts issued upon payments. I do not charge for any days that child is not in my care or away for sickness or vacations/holidays. No holding spot fees. No registration fees. No deposits. No late pick up fees unless it becomes a daily habit. No art supplies or material fees! I accept cash, direct deposits or e-mail money transfer. Payment dates can be arranged to fit your schedule for your work payment days. Daily payment, weekly payment or bi-weekly payments acceptable.
Included in my daily rate is very watered-down juice, milk, water and occasional special treats. All learning supplies, art and crafts covered in rate. I DO NOT supply any breakfast meals or any lunch meals, formula, bottles, baby jar food, wipes, diapers, pull-ups, rash creams. You must back a breakfast or lunch meal, and I'll be happy to feed it to your child when my children are eating. During the summer, please send your child with a swimsuit, hat and sunscreen. During the fall, please send your child with rain boots and rain jacket. During the winter, please send your child with a winter coat, winter boots, gloves and toque. Please send with your child a change of clothes to change into in case of accidents or spills.
Our daily activities would be filled with fun free play indoors, daily outdoor play if weather permits with fun outdoor fun activities, homeschool school teachings and learning, dancing, exercising, art and crafting, reading books, playing all sorts of fun boards games or imaginative games, walks to the park and around the neighbourhood. We have a ton of toys, books, movies, puzzles, colouring books, games, etc. to keep your little one entertained. Our huge backyard is fenced off and we have lots of outdoor sports equipment, large above ground pool with removable ladder, and 3 kiddo pools for your little ones to enjoy and plenty of space for your little one to run off some energy! Our children love to play soccer!
Here is a little bit about myself and my family, my name is Tricia and I am a 36-year-old married stay at home mom and homeschooling teacher to my three sons who are 11, 9 and 7 years old and my daughter is 4 years old. I’ve taken family studies, human developments, first aid and food safe courses previously. My husband Adam works during the day. We are a 1 vehicle household, and my husband takes the truck for work. For the past 10 years and currently I have been teaching and homeschooling my children. My home is very clean and highly organized. We are a pet friendly house. You must love cats as we have 2 of them and they are both sweet and friendly, Archie and Astro are their names. We are smoke and drug free household! We are a fully vaccinated household (my husband and I have received 2 doses of the covid vaccine, but not our kids yet, once it becomes available to them, they will receive it) and get our yearly flu shots as well and all my children are up to date on their vaccinations. Must sign a childcare contract and complete all childcare forms before securing a spot. Forms are general information about child & parent, allowable pick up and emergency contact information. Copies of contract and forms given to parents to keep for their own records.
