Childcare facility.
I have current child care First Aid/CPR, clean criminal record check, and I keep up to date with continuing education courses/workshops for child care providers.
I believe in treating each child as an individual; (One size does not fit all) because I am caring for a small group of children, your child will receive lots of one-to-one attention. My primary goal is to give a fun, safe and happy loving environment with daily activities that encourage to believe in oneself; strengthen self-esteem and self-confidence, give active learning and meaningful play experience, give knowledge and training to develop and grow as a "whole". Develop values of honesty, care and responsibilities. Respect for others and for oneself. Give quality care and build trust in children and parents and allow them to trust in the services given.
I am open to Cultural Differences: acceptance and open-minded approach to all and above all recognize the child and the family's needs and expectation.
I believe time outside is extremely important for healthy development, and so we spend part of every day outside in our backyard with slides, cycling and many fun things in rain or shine.
Full-time care during daytime hours, 8 AM TO 5.30 PM Monday-Friday.
