I am an Early Childhood Educator, registered and in good standing with the Ontario College of ECEs. I have over 10 years experience working with children of all ages, and several qualifications and certifications in other areas of early learning and child development. I have a clear police check. I am certified in first aid and CPR, and have been trained specifically in child & infant CPR in the past. Victoria’s Home Childcare provides a safe space for your child to play and learn. I have a large finished basement playroom and sleep area, and a large, fully fenced, grassy back yard with play equipment and outdoor toys. We spend a lot of our time playing outdoors! I provide 2 healthy snacks and a lunch each day, with a menu posted at the beginning of each week. My main goals here are to consistently model positive behaviours, and to keep a consistent routine that includes physical activities, creative activities that stem from the genuine interests of the children, and opportunities to explore nature and try new things to help the children enhance their current skills, and learn new skills.
Hours are currently Monday-Friday 7:30- 5:00 (early/ late pickups may be possible if arrangements are made in advance)
