Hello! My name is Chantel, and I run Tiny Wonders Home Childcare. I am a Registered Early Childhood Educator, with over 15 years experience! I have worked in large childcare centres, as well as community programs and I have travelled the world as a nanny. I absolutely love working with children.
My program is play based, with lots of opportunities for learning and making friends. Our activities will be based on the current interests of the children in my care, with lots of singing and reading as early literacy is so important. There will be art and sensory activities as well to encourage creativity.
We will go outside daily, weather permitting. I have a large yard, and we will go on plenty of walks as I live in a great neighbourhood for spotting wildlife, buses and trucks. Due to the ongoing concerns from COVID 19, we will not utilize the any libraries, community programs and parks close by.
Lunch, as well as two snacks and wipes are also included in your daily rate.
As of right now I do not plan to have a TV in my childcare space, however from time to time we will watch short clips of songs, such as Cocomelon and Chu Chu tv on the iPad.
I am located at Upper Wellington and Concession, just above the Jolly Cut and close to George Armstrong School.
My hours are 8am-5pm
Daily rate is $50 daily
