Hello, my name is Lynn. I'm opening my licensed home daycare on base in Borden.The daycare is surrounded by trails and playgrounds. We will spend a lot time outside if weather is permitted. I'm RECE (registered early childhood educator) with experience working with children of different age. The teaching approach in this daycare would be emergent curriculum, which it is an approach to planning and teaching that uses children’s interests to inspire and drive curriculum. The home daycare agency I work with has participated in the Canada-wide Early Learning and Child Care Plan, so family will be benefit from the childcare tuition deduction via government funding. Currently, there're two full-time spots available for children who are between 2 years old and 4.5 years old. Operating hours will be from 8am to 5pm.
