Tiny Toadstool Home Daycare is based in the importance of open ended and nature based play. We plan our days around creative expression, curiosity, and whimsy.
As the provider I aim to create a warm environment where children feel safe and comfortable. We practice gentle and respectful redirection with a focus on honouring our emotions.
Children have access to a safe indoor play space with a focus on open ended toys made of natural materials. Sensory activities are also available based on the interests of the children. Arts and age appropriate handwork are a large component of our days as well! Weather permitting, we will get outside in nature, daily! We have a playground just steps from the front door and a library just a short walk away!
Meals are based around whole foods. Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free can be accommodated.
