The care I provide for the children in my care is building a loving environment where the child and I have a trustworthy, caring, respectful and fun relationship. I like to bring books that pertain to the children’s interests as well as exposes them to different cultures, abilities and types of literature ie rhymes, classics and characters in wheelchairs or with crutches. I do crafts and activities according to the child’s age and interest ie paining, colouring, slime, volcanos. I take children to free library programs and EarlyOn centres so they have time to socialize, learn how to play with other children, and have music time.
