OPENINGS AVAILABLE: MONDAY, NOVEMBER 4, 2024
Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, and Organic Homo Milk are provided (fruit and/or veggies offered at every sitting)
Physical activities both inside and outside (stretching, dance parties, climbing, running, etc.)
Arts and crafts
Circle time (reading, learning, singing songs, etc.)
Learning during play as well as focused learning (nutrition, basic science experiments, potty training, sensory activities, colours, shapes, letters, etc.)
Social skills (respecting other children and adults, showing kindness, being patient, sharing, being gentle, etc.)
Personal care skills (brushing teeth, washing hands and face, putting on socks and shoes or learning to dress self, daily vitamins with parents written permission)
Daily outdoor time (weather permitting)
Fully fenced, large backyard.
Large indoor play areas.
Focus on nutritious, whole foods. 90% gluten free, minimal sugar, mostly home baking with natural ingredients such as almond flour and honey/maple syrup. I do give occasional store bought treats but teach limits. This is not a nut free or dairy free home.
I have 15+ years experience working/volunteering with young children and have been blessed with two beautiful boys of my own. They are 1 and 3 years old and are both active and full of life! I have a clean and smoke/pet-free home as well as tamperproof outlets in additional to outlet covers. A fire evacuation plan is in place and vulnerable sector checks have been completed and are clean for both myself and my husband.
Please note, this is a private, unlicensed home daycare, therefore, not part of the government subsidy program.
