I believe all are unique and learn and develop at their own pace. My goal is to provide a safe, happy, stable home-style environment were children can grow physically, emotionally, socially and intellectually at their own pace. I believe all children should be given the opportunity to grow in a secure and nurturing environment. I beleive self-esteem is a critical component to ideal growth, and development for every child; that is why I focus on socializing, self-help skills, and cooperation. As parents/guardians/child care providers we are the greatest influences/teachers in shaping children's sense of self-worth. It is my goal to convey to children love and acceptance, a sense of belonging, security and safety, trust, respect, feeling special and confidence.
