My name is Jennifer; I am the proud mother of 2 children (M- age 6, F- age-2). I have been running at daycare out of my house for 5 yrs now. I provide full-time childcare for infants to school-age.
I will have 1 full-time opening starting October 10 2011.
Some of our activities are circle time, arts & crafts, puzzles, reading, dramatic play, baking and free play. We are outside daily (weather permitting) in our fully fenced backyard which has a wooden playcentre, sandbox, toddler climbing structures and swings and a wading pool in the summertime.
We have a monthly: show and share day and a fun day (wacky hair day, backwards day, etc.) I also have weekly themes in place and most of our activities, books and games will be based upon the current theme. You will be handed out a calendar at the beginning of each month detailing weekly themes, menus, fun days and any special events. You will also be given a daily “my day” report detailing your child’s day.
