I have been offering daycare services since November 2001 in the area and I am affiliated with Andrew Fleck Children Services since that time. I do accept parents that qualify for subsidy from the City of Ottawa. References from current and past parents who use my services are available .
My cpr/first aid is up to date, vulnerable police check recently done and immunizations are up to date as well.
I have attended and currently attends various workshops and courses through out the year related to child care, child development, nutrition/health, interactions, etc I also completed levels 1 & 2 Canadian signed English / ASL workshops which were offered by CISS (children inclusion support services, Andrew Fleck children services) and am building my sign vocabulary in order to expand my services to include children who use sign language or are interested in learning to sign.
Healthy snacks, breakfast (if required) and hot lunches are served.
I attend a playgroup operated by the Andrew Fleck Home Childcare Agency twice per week, visit the library for music and story time, go to the park, take nature walks with the little ones in the neighborhood and on the RCMP grounds where there is a museum and horses as well. I usually visit other museums and Fire station for educational activities.
Indoor and outdoor activities are done every day in order for the children to learn and play .
