Here at Start Smart, your child will be invited into a nurturing, safe environment in which to thrive. I am a fun loving, caring mother of 2 who has a beautiful home for your child to come and feel comfortable and cared for in. I am CRP certified with an up-to-date, clear police records check. Will provide receipts.
Our child proof care room is creatively decorated, and each month I will stimulate your child with a new and fun theme. The room also provides a full en-suite where I will be able to encourage toilet training and cleanliness, all while keeping your child supervised. The entire house is hardwood floors, and ceramic tile. Perfect for your little one if there are any allergies present.
I will provide your child with a well organized day and play time which will include, but is not limited to,
-Games, arts and crafts
-Music, circle and story time
-Indoor "free play"
-Outdoor playtime (weather permitting) and outings to local parks
-Daily down time, "rest time", according to the Daycare Nurseries Act
Balanced, healthy meals and snacks will be served according to the Canada Food Guide. They will include a variety of fruits and vegetable, meat and dairy. Please let me know of any food allergies, and together we can create a meal-plan to suit your child.

We are close to Sawmill Creek E.S., between Bank St and Albion Rd, just south of Hunt Club. 5 Mins from South Keys. Close to OC Transpo bus stops 142 and 144.
Our daughter will be attending Sawmill Creek E.S. for the 2008-09 school year, and I would consider taking on before/after school children from the same school. Availability depends on how many spots left. Please contact me for any other information you may need.
