We are a dayhome for children age 6 m - 5 yrs.
We offer some preschool programming adapted for all ages, arts and crafts, toys and games, a large backyard for outdoor play, and we are close to playgrounds. Lunch and snacks are provided for all children (breakfast may be provided as necessary for an additional $50/month). All meals are home-cooked, healthy, and nutritious. All food is made fresh.
We use our mornings for play and some preschool programming geared toward specific age groups (alphabet colouring sheets, group counting, etc), crafts, reading stories, and singing songs. If we have time before lunch at 11:30, we play in the back yard.
Naps for children ages 6 m - 4 yrs are right after lunch for 1-2 hours.
Every afternoon by 2:00, we venture out for some kind of outing - going to the playground, walking around the park, or possibly going to the spray park in the summer. We arrive home by 4:00, at which time the children have snacks and relax with a video, board games, or toys while they wait for their parents to pick them up.
