As an Early Childhood Educator, I will maintain and promote each child self-esteem. In addition, be accepting of all children, respecting race, belief system, gender, national origin, and socioeconomic status. I will create and maintain a safe and healthy setting that supports the growth and welfare of children. Through my knowledge and observations, i will be given all age children opportunity to create, learn and experiment through planned activities that will cover all areas of domains. Such as physical, emotional, cognitive, gross motor, and all the other domains.
